General provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Pandea Beauty Ltd and users of pandeabeauty.com.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed online. We accept payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on delivery.
Delivery
Deliveries are made via Speedy courier. Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days within Bulgaria.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 calendar days without stating a reason.
Personal data protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
