How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are processed the same day and delivered via Speedy within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free over €70; below that a flat €4.99 fee applies, to an address or a Speedy office/locker.
Can I return a product?
Yes — unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Email pandeabeauty@gmail.com and we’ll send instructions; refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (within Bulgaria) or by card online — Visa and Mastercard.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The formulas are paraben- and sulphate-free with calming centella and panthenol. For active skin conditions we recommend a patch test and a word with your dermatologist.
Are the products certified?
Every product carries an EU CPNP notification and passes a safety assessment. We never test on animals and the formulas are vegan-friendly.
