First Order

• First-time orders are confirmed by phone.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM are confirmed the next day.

• Repeat orders are processed directly without confirmation.

Order Processing

• Before 3:00 PM – processed the same day.

• After 3:00 PM – processed the next business day.

• Weekends & holidays – processed on the first business day.

Payment Methods

• Card Payment – secure and convenient online option.

• Cash on Delivery – paid in cash to the courier (SPEEDY).
  The receipt issued by the courier serves as an official cash document, in compliance with Regulation No. 18 of the NRA.

Delivery

• To your address, SPEEDY office, or SPEEDY parcel machine.

• Price: from 3.29 BGN (€1.68); up to 1 kg – 3.50 BGN (€1.79).

• Over 1 kg – recalculated and at the customer’s expense.

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days (delays possible due to external circumstances).

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange – within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging, unused, with all documents. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

• Defective product – return/exchange within 14 days, with documents. Shipping is free of charge.

• Refunds – possible within 14 days, processed within 30 days by bank transfer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
